Champions league spot
Ok a big if, but it's there for the taking. Who would you like to pinch it off? Yids, gonners or mancs? I'd love to take it away from the Yiddos given the choice.

Inf - You may have a point ref Arsenal, they appear to be all over the place right now, but no way will City put all their eggs in the CL basket, they won't want Pep rocking up with no CL football next term.

Re: Champions league spot
We have a great chance.

Spurs and LC too far ahead now.

But Arsenal are all over the place and hit with some pretty significant injuries. Psychology will play a big part for them now. Not sure they have any fight left in them.

We could also overtake City - their priority now is the CL. They will surely rest key players for the semi final (assuming they get there), especially in the fixtures against Stoke and Southampton, which are the ones just before the two legs of the semi.. I would expect a second string City side out in those matches and dropped points as a result.

It's true that we have still to play quite a lot of the teams above/around us. You could say that's a big ask ....but on the other hand it puts our destiny in our own hands and our record against the big teams so far is excellent.

This board is better when we are shit. It would become unbearable if we started winning shit.

Man City to pot in league when they announced their new manager and the players don't look interested as seen in their performances since. None of them to want to bust a gut for the cause and will probably only try in Europe.

Yids never get injuries though that's the point. Can unfortunately see them winning this league. Chelsea is the last line of defence

Re: Champions league spot
I dunno croe, yids are well overdue some injuries. Kane and that Ali Babba kid and their struggle last 9 games?

Hope Leicester City win tonight.

Would be awful if Spurs won the league but, as much as it sickens me to say this, you have to give the winners of the league some respect - even when they're one of your main rivals.

38 games is a real old slog. Whoever sits on top of that pile of clubs deserves real credit.

Really hope it's Leicester City though, of course.

Re: Champions league spot
Well of course we'd all like to take it off Spurs BUT that's not realistic is it? So pointless really.

Arsenal and Man City are the ones we can run down.

Re: Champions league spot
The odds on us to win the cup are 4/1. surely you're better off betting that money individually on all 3 games we have to play and bet it like an accumulator?

How are we the same price as palace to win the cup and yet we've got Man u to play in a replay

I think we are gong to finish 3rd

I know we have a tough run in, but I just feel that we have that want and desire and leader that will not let them take second best.

If if wasn't for Ranieri then he would walk manager of the year.

I've got five quid on us doing the double. Was 3000-1 now down to 600-1 so safe to say the bookies are running scared.

Re: Champions league spot
More bothered about winning the FA Cup.

Champions League qualification and winning the FA Cup would be amongst the greatest seasons in the club's history - although the ECWC win in 1964/65 would arguably still be our finest campaign.

Re: Champions league spot
No chance, I reckon they're nailed on for 2nd.

Arsenal and Man City just look utter shit, so we have a fantastic chance if we can continue our excellent form.
